that's not the point, the point is and it's the reason why i understand pong is that by people releasing pre-patched translations and then there is other people which are scammers take advantage of those pre-patched little translations to cheat people which don't know about this topic and sell them this very premature patch when it is for free to everyone, that's the reason that i absolutely support those lads that just want to release a full translated patch where everyone enjoys it and it's happy about that, this is how i see it .

Why when I try to open the files extracted from the .cpk with Gitmo finds no gmo or gim files?

Assuming you extracted the cpk correctly.
When ur using gitmo, make sure the source file mask is *.*
check the find gim files, and convert gim to png.

those settings should extract all the gims/gmos from the extracted cpk files(idxxxx).
those settings worked for me.

Scammers will do their shit (sell, put ads and surveys, w/e) regardless. Even if the team properly finishes, there will be these same dicks who will STILL do that. Because there will STILL be people who FALL for that kind of crap.
What are you implying? That it's alright to sell the patch if it is of high quality and complete? Free patches are free whether or not they are complete. And selling them (or earning money via shit surveys) is WRONG. Period.

and I know I can't stop scammers, I just think it's sad sometimes that's all, because we all start as a noob, but you can do much more if you really want to.

While I fully agree that Google Translate is not the thing you want to use for Dialogue, it is rather helpful for double checking menus and items since they're not full dialogue. Of course that doesn't mean it's ANYWHERE near perfect, it's just useful for double checking. I HIGHLY suggest knowing the language before attempting a translation (of course since I don't fully know JP yet, still learning some kanji and kata, it's been a pain in my own ass).

Nice, just some corrections: place the words correctly (I'm playing the game with your beta v2 and some of the names, like "MetalGreymon" get over the Digimon's picture); also you call Tentomon's Perfect form "HerakleKabuterimon" when it really is "AtlurKabuterimon".
Keep the good work (both teams).

if he's talking about perfect/ultimate then it's AtlurKabuterimon/MegaKabuterimon
if he's talking about ultimate/mega then it's HerakleKabuterimon/HerculesKabuterimon.

In the original (Japanese), the evolution tree is
Baby,Child, Adult, Perfect, Ultimate (1 and 2 in some games)

In localized,
In-Training,Rookie, Champion, Ultimate, Mega

It makes as much sense as having the Mega level being after the Ultimate in the dub (since "Ultimate" means "last"/"best").
And there's still a third evolution tree (used by dubs based on the European Spanish version - starting with Adventure 02; it's the one used here in Portugal for every season after the first): Rookie, Champion, Mega-Champion, Hyper-Champion (these last terms sound better in Portuguese for sure xD)
