Off the top of my head the only ones I think are worthwhile are the R4i Gold and the Supercard DSTwo.
The DSTwo is significantly more expensive but also more reliable. THe R4i has needed a few hardware revisions.

It depends on how much you are willing to spend. The DSTwo is more reliable and has more features, but the R4i is cheaper.
I have an R4i Gold 3DS, and it's the first batch of bad "Rev C" cards. I recommend saving yourself the headache and just getting the DSTWO.
The hardware in the cart is insufficient. DSTwo, R4i Gold, etc, have better hardware.

i thought i heard rumors thee AK2i does work on 4.5.0-10 if you use a action replay DSi compatable with the 3DS with it

although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)

If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.

and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
