So I got a relative who asked me to look around for a laptop with the following charactheristics:
-Price range: around 500 euros
-For office work, surfing the internet and streaming movies mostly. That means no real gaming issues.
-That can last a few years without getting too far behind technology.
This is the first that grabbed my attention:
ASUS X54C-SX303V
- Intel Core i3-2350M at 2.3GHz
- 4GB DDR3 1333MHz
- HDD 750GB 5400 rpm
- Webcam 0.3 Mpx
- Display 15.6" LED Glare HD 1366x768
- Intel HD Graphics 3000
- Windows 7 Home Premium
Not too shabby and is around 489 euros.
The second one is form fujitsu, a brand I've barely seen:
FUJITSU LIFEBOOK AH531
- Intel Core i5 2450M / 2.5 GHz
- Windows 7 Home Premium
- 4 GB RAM
- 500 GB HDD
- 1.3 mpx webcam
- 15.6" 1366 x 768 / HD
- Intel HD Graphics 3000
It's at 465 euros, a little bit more cheaper.
So I know that brands aren't everything, and that a chunk of laptops fail after some time, but could anybody help me to decid which one is better?
These too seem to fit the criteria
