If this "classic edition" was real, it would be a day-1 buy for me. That is all.

Maybe. But then again, those were both handhelds, whereas I can't recall Nintendo making any official "NES-editions" for their consoles. Maybe if we're lucky, we'll get a NES-edition 3DS.

Apparently, a skin for the 3DS already exists. I would totally get this if I had a black 3DS (my aqua blue would look terrible with this!)

I wonder how long it will take until we see skins for this thing, I'm probably getting a black one sometime after launch, but given that black makes fingerprints really stand out I'm considering getting a skin for it, one that looks like this would be really awesome, though I'm probably just going to end up with a transparent one.

Laptops in Brazil, and eletronics in general are expensive as hell.
A top Macbook costs a little bit more than $6000.

This is just a mock up. It's not real (hence the thread title). That said, I wouldn't be surprised if 3rd party skins like this started showing up after release.

I would like to see some one mod the systems like this if Nintendo does not make them.... Skins would be kinda cool but the buttons being red and all.

Maybe some company will sell a kit, skin for the controller buttons and a case for the machine itself?
