149 appears to have stopped playing music. Anyone else?
Here background music plays fine but I just have ogg files, I noticed mp3 are horrible unstable. You may consider using ogg if you use mp3 currently.

Hmm, I do have ogg files. I'll have a play at least I know it should work. Thanks for all your work mate!

yes i know that, which is my problem, with d2x and new wiiflow it DOESNT LOAD. I stated that a few times already.
Maybe if you try doing a clean install. I had trouble in the beginning because wiiflow was crashing with some old files I still had in there (with me it was old theme files).

Put a empty "wiiflow" folder in the root of the partition/SD you want the config files in and just drop the boot.dol (appropriately renamed) into "apps/wiiflow" where you want it to be and run it. (Make sure you use a new forwarder or open it from a new enough version of the homebrew channel that supports dolz compression. I had trouble also, because I tried opening it with WiiXplorer or an old forwarder and it did NOT work.)
Hope some of this helps you out.

Hi,

Looking for help getting emulated NAND to work. I'm using r418 , and have all the d2xv8 IOS's installed. My Emulated NAND is on my SD in nands/pl_eu , I've verified that it works in mighty channels but when I edit wiiflow.ini and set path=/nands/pl_eu/ and use the B button to switch modes it loads my real NAND (or at least it shows all the stuff installed on my real NAND while my emulated NAND is pretty much empty). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

i had a similar issue, the NAND must be placed in :/NAND/, no other locations work, well at least for me anyway

The biggest problem people seem to have is that the emulated nand CAN'T be on the same partition as the "wiiflow" folders (wiiflow cant be on your SD card in your case.). Things that seemed to help me, too, are that it looks like there can't be any extra spaces, not even around the "=" and upper/lower case does seem to matter. do make sure that you're partition is set right (0 is the SD card while -1 is real nand and positive numbers are usb partitions like 1 is usb1.).

try adding partition=0 in [Nand] section before path=/nands/pl_eu/

Does anyone have Kirby’s Return to Dreamland and The Smurf’s Dance Party working with the current version (r418) of WiiFlow. If so please share the config you are using.

Neither have played for some time in WiiFlow but work perfectly using CFG. I've tried multiple copies (NTSC and PAL) but they both hang in WiiFlow. I was using the d7 cIOS's but just updated to the d8beta but it's is the exact same results.

I tried auto settings as well as each IOS and other options but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I hate having to use CFG for just those 2 games.

TIA.
Ok, I finally did test them out and they both work for me. I can't say I know what's happening with yours.

sync issue fixed with rev149 - I'm back to IOS249
(just a tiny problem though: after quiting a game and going back to wiiflow channel the wiimote doesn't resync automatically)
no problem with IOS251.
I guess that does make sense that with 251 being base 58 and the forwarder using 58 there would be less of a transition there.
I did notice, though, that with the 245 version you linked and I got before it got removed, it didn't see my DML games. I thought it might be that that IOS base doesn't recognize SDHC very well since I'm using a 4gb microSDHC card. Just a side note, I guess. I just changed back to 418. I haven't tried any of the newer versions for that yet.

Fix94 changed all old remote sync files and replaced them with newer ones starting rev147

Tried new R418 today, fresh install new wii
(used new v8b1r41 wads,new v11d forwarder)

Kirby Dream land didnt work, white screen after pressing "2"

Loaded the old R415.dol Kirby worked fine.

Note on R418: after initial fresh install new wii: tried a game, then tried to return home..froze at wiiflow screen, hard reset then tried to load covers..froze on 2nd cover, hard reset then loaded covers again, after the kirby didnt work I just deleted the R418 replaced with R415, all was fine.

Can't wait until the next commit, kinda excited/curious how things will go now that migotu is back on the team as well.

While I'm at it here's an issue I noticed, at least with 418:
I understand the point of telling DML to force NTSC or PAL to avoid it just showing black screen and even the default option FORCING it to the DISK default for that reason
BUT
For people like me who have a TV that only works correctly with ONE region (NTSC in my case) just letting it run through the blank screen is the best until I get to the option to set it to 60hz. At that point instead of switching to PAL60 it just goes back to NTSC and my TV loves it. Full color, everything.
That's what imports do for me on the disk channel but when I run them in DML through WiiFlow I get the black and white flickering screen and when I get to the point to select the 60hz option which at least stops flickering but it's still black and white. If I force NTSC, some games go to the black screen like normal while others (Wind Waker in particular is the one of those that matters to me) it just hangs.

I think there should be 2 default options, "Console Default" and "Disk Default" so I can still use my Wind Waker game in WiiFlow :)
I'm using DML r44. I haven't tried switching different loaders or versions of DML to see, but I thought I'd throw that out there for now.

Thanks for the info, but Ive tried this as well a few tims. with d2x and newest wiiflow, i get the loading screen and after 10 minutes it loads up, but videos lag, loading times are horrible. and thats only sometimes tht it even loads. I do appreciate your reply though. Nobody has had much info for me. Just very odd that going back to old wiiflow and wanin249r19 loads and runs prefectly
Yeah, that is really weird. You do have all of the d2x from the wad pack from ios245 to ios251 right? Can't think of what else to tell you otherwise. I have heard that USB 3.0 hard drives are particularly laggy on a wii but if changing the cios or wiiflow version works it doesn't seem like it would be that. Yeah, don't know what to tell you. :(

My ogg files stopped playing with r145 - went back to r144 and worked again. Have not tried any further revisions.
