Hacking Action Replay On GC Backup Loader (Use For 2 Disc Games)

I recently got GC Backup loader v2 and it works well. I downloaded Resident Evil 4 (a 2 disc game) and put it on a multi iso with another game and they both work with no problems. What I want to know is where i can get an action replay iso and how to set it up?
Second how do i use it with a two disc game like Resident Evil 4?
I tried searching for the answer to this on on Google etc.

OK iv'e gotten everything tto work up to the launching game part.
NeoGamma recognized the Gamecube codes and applied them then it says launching game and just a black screen staring at me. So the game doesn't load can you help?
Im using NeoGamma R9 b50 the game i'm trying to use is Resident evil 4.
