sysCheck will run well without IOS3 and IOS4, isn't it? But why IOS3 or IOS4 would cause sysCheck crash? I saw somebody can run syscheck with IOS3 and IOS4.

And why do you say my wii status is very bad?

Your general IOS versions are patched, so not official and clean.

I'm planing to modmii to reinstall the IOS. But modmii v5.1 can only upgrade my 3.2u system to 4.0u, can not keep my 3.2u and reinstall IOS.
Can I do anything to keep 3.2u?
