There was no debate to begin with, all I heard were butthurt Mac users ranting about how Windows PC's are somehow inferior and Windows PC's poking back at them that Mac's don't have any interesting software programmed for them, hell, they barely have any viruses.

Mac is a PC, and answering your next question, so is a Linux computer. Regardless of what OS you use, you're using a PC.

From a design perspective macs ARE superior, but I'm just too used to Windows.
There is a shit ton of tiny features that you may not be even aware of that makes the user experience nearly flawless on the Mac, and they have dedicated researchers for this.
