Prologue (Google Translated)

The game looks good but I have no clue what this is about. I never played 999 nor do I even know what type of game it is.

Other then that I'll keep an eye on it.

Day 1 purchase, easily. Seems pretty awesome based on the very little detail released about it, lol. Supposed to have voice acting too.

and i know it's pretty much just coincidence, but i get the impression that Sigma looks like the matured version of 999's main character (forgot his name). anybody else think so too?

I got the Bad Ending last night at 999 and now try to get the good one. Looking at this makes me realize
how much I will miss 999 if i fully finish it.

The US only got a limited release I think, one of the few games the world was truly grateful for their flashcarts for. This is definitely a day one purchase, though I bet the Vita version gets localised and the 3DS remains in Japan and very limited US release- as long as translating it takes long enough for me to get the Vita, I'm fine!

I mean, the game isn't even released in Japan yet, I wouldn't expect them to have any plans on working on it yet. They can't confirm that they'll do it, cause they haven't even seen it yet. So.......

Even though I'm pretty sure its going to be localized, the thing is, it usually takes around 9 months to a year to localize it fully; so NA might not see it until 2013.

999 is a visual novel. Which means a butt load of reading with few interactions on the touch screen. But it has a great story, great characters, and it's creepy.

Whatever you do, do not go through the true ending doors before you have all the other endings unlocked. Though you get the Coffin Ending as you get the true ending. It's worth it. Not to mention you need to get the safe ending before you can get the good ending anyways.

Junpei, but I don't think this is the matured version since Junpei had brownish hair and Sigma hair is black. Now the pink hair girl can pass as the older version from 999 http://moarpowah.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/9991.png

I want to play a different game! Not the same damn game! What's the point of creating a new system if all you're just going to do is make a port with "better" graphics? It's not all about the graphics!! TT_TT

And LAZY?! This being a sequel to a game that was mainly a lot of text- somebody pretty much has to write a novel and remain mostly unknown for their efforts, while the publisher gets all the credit!
