I tested MigSwitch before update... the game crashed.... than after update reliase I tested again and wrked well.
all games on migswitch was from my collection and I made the copy with migswitch app(not with migdrumper)
The more i read here the more i think dumps from the mig dumper (hardware) could be the problem?
I also read in another (russian) forum where they got a torrent with complete Mig dumps, there are people using these dumps claiming that they are still not banned (dunno if they just use it offline or update or whatever)...

Some of us have used MiG dumper dumps and are not banned. Please, read all the comments. fw 1.19 doesn't seem to be a factor, using MiG dumper made dumps doesn't seem to be a factor. Having used the original cartridge before the MiG Flash cartridge MAY be a factor, seems to be for some of us.

Yes, there are many people who use full dumps from Russian torrent, updating games and downloading DLC from eShop and who have not been banned yet. But this only concerns Switch 1. There is no such information about Switch 2 yet.
it's a rough softbrick though. as you need updates to start some games, but then... you aren't allowed to download the updates. so effective, you can't play anymore on it after a ban.

Are you super sure? I mean Nintendo can flag specific carts id as pirated (once they appeared online on two systems at least one time) and since that moment just using that cart id could flag your console. Just guessing, but, do you feel comfortable reassuring other people that being a safe procedure?
USB dumper’s dumps are “just” trimmed dumps.
If you make a trimmed dump with nxdumptool the CRC matches.
On firmware 1.1.9 there was a known methodology for telling a MIG cart with a trimmed dump from an original cart (but not when using an untrimmed dump… N found an undisclosed way tho).
On firmware 1.2.0 there is a known methodology for telling a MIG cart from an original cart wether using a trimmed or untrimmed dump. N seems not currently using this methodology… apparently…

Since nintendo knew of the existence of MiG when making the ns2, they definitely have telemetry that would make me hesitate to call it safe. Use are your own risk, it's still in the early stages of everyone doing these stuff are guinea pigs.

As they're well aware they can't complain if Nintendo bans their console. It sucks that's how they are about it, but having it "softbricked" is even worse.
