Hacking Homebrew app JKSV Not showing new Saves

OK So First i tried transfering saves but the save doesnt show in the user it should show up in.
I make a new file it doesnt show up.
I played them on the stock version as all i wanna do is Edit my Pokemon Violet saves. But it wont show help

How am i supposed to open it in the actual apps?

So I have more games downloaded. But POkemon Violet, Legends Arceus wont show up, its only the ones that were on it when i hacked it show up.

Use full ram mode, use the R button when launching a game to enter full ram mode.

Yeah i figured that out. But now the problem is the same i had with jksv. Only Scarlet is shown. No Violet. even when making a new file
