Then your best option would be sky3ds to emulate JPN CN

I have a Jap new 3ds on 9.2fw, and gateway, but NO japanese OOT or CN, I do have a USA CN, is there a way for me to launch gateway menu? Any browser exploits? Any way to launch regionfree with out a game cartridge? or any Way to launch HBL?

I cant, I do have the youtube Icon but I need to access the eshop to download it, and I cant because i have to update to access the eshop and I cant run the spoofer as I dont have the ability to access a cfw

Only works for 9.0+ hb 2.0 is only supported no 1.0 or 1.1b. This will not work sadly.(yet) I'm trying to port it rn but its not the easiest thing.

I still find it so ridiculous how there is no solution for this! I understand it's a niche problem, but with all the developments happening, us 8.1J users are still having to rock the gateway and watch others have their fun.

Agreed man, I'm on N3DS 8.1J, have GW and OoT and would really like to install 9.2J, but so far after all this time and new discoveries there is still no solution for us :S

Couldnt you use 3dnus to download the needed cia files to update and do so? Or borrow smash from a friend? Then install mset for 9.2fws?

As they said already, GW works. This is a free option we are working on that has not been made final yet. I know between the two of us we have spent hours getting this to work without ever expecting to see something in return. People buy into gateway so there should be some expectations out of a paid 8.1 solution and there is. It would be one thing if people on 8.1 had no CFW solution but with GW a free solution should never be rushed

The flux capacitor on NUS is broken for the 9.2 titles and smash didn't have a 9.2J cart

I told someone the other day the reason their blinkers didn't work was due to low blinker fluid and they believed me
