The SEA version ip blocked everyone, the Japanese version didnt (look up Arks Layer)

Well even if it's crashing a lot, it still works on 10.1. It's just not finished.
It's fixed in a later commit. Stable now.

You sir are correct, and as soon as the page is updated we should see another option besides Tube\Iron\Smashhax I hope.....
EDIT: I'm not seeing any movement, but I'm sure it's happening. Can anyone "who has Dev cred" get in touch with These pros and give a little more info? PM me if it doesn't need to be public please, so as to not hype the kids up.
EDIT: Since no one is interested in this thread... I thought I would mention that it has updated again, and if you read it's only waiting for a launcher (W.I.P.) to be complete I believe.

Seems like the n3DS Webbrowser exploit is "unreliable". But that's irrelevant for 9.0-9.2 users. It only needs to work once to get you into homebrew that will downgrade MSET. Then you won't need to use it anymore.
I'm sure it won't take long for Gateway to reverse this.
