Hacking zip snes roms

i am trying to zip snes roms to save room but now the snes emulator wont run then keeps saying bad check sum. i used goodmerge to zip them is there a better way to do this.

You have to use unzipped files at the moment until the emulator is updated.

i am using snes9x v3.0 which says it has Support for compressed files in ZIP
