Hacking Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's + YSMenu = laggy?

I was playing YGO 5Ds Stardust Accelerator yesterday and in a few of the duels, the game became EXTREMELY laggy (~3-5 second pauses between drawing cards and main phase). Is it just the game or does it have to do with YSMenu?

Game. And u know that, if its just 3-5 second, this is the best performance u can get.

I am using it on exactly the same format as you and it works fine.
The lag is expected and is as good as it will get.
