Hacking Ys menu 7.05 questions (r4i sdhc) and RTS ?

i'm on YS menu 7.05. I know version 7.06 is out for many months but is there obvious reasons to stitch to it ?

My card is an r4i sdhc. I dont know how to activate the rts option.
