I can drive around with those speeds legal in Germany.
Only takes me 5 minutes before I've crossed the border and ~10 minutes before I'm on the Autobahn.

However It's his own fault for driving recklessly.
I've seen what a car looks like after an high speed accident on the Autobahn and it's not really pleasant to look at.

Thanks to Germany and their unlimited Autobahns, though.
I've not looked into it, but there probably aren't many like that with no limit elsewhere.

I have to say that Germans indeed are pretty crazy when it comes to the autobahn.
I once was traveling at a steady 170 an hour, when some German plated car speeded up to me and passed me in the wink of an eye.
I figured that he'd be traveling at least 240+

However traveling at high speeds and seeing the trees fly by is pretty neato!
