The ak2i card will work on the 3DS with latest firmware, as long as you update it to it's lastest firmware. I myself have both and use them quite frequently.

Nope you don't get the 20 Free games. Nintendo's Website says you have to connect to the eshop before the 12th (or 11:59pm EST Today) To qualify for the fir the free games. So anyone who still pays the $250 is getting majorly screwed over. Still $100 is not bad at all for a 3DS. Seriously considering it myself.
