Hacking "You cannot use this Nintendo Network ID on this system"

First of all my system is an old 3ds and his system is an old 3ds xl. If it doesn't bother you can you please explain the system transfer method.

Just do a normal transfer, using your friend's as the Source system.

In the end I will have his stuff and he will have a formatted system. Will it be okay to once again transfer systems with my device being the source?

Nope since you'd lose your NNIDs again then.

If your device is the source, it moves the ownership of all NNIDs on your console to your friend's. Whoever will the last source be will need to create a new NNID.

I really don't get this. If I have no nnid on my 3ds how will he gain ownership of my nnid

Because Nintendo keeps track of all NNIDs ever created on a console. Even if not logged in at the time of the transfer, this info will get transferred.

If I call Nintendo and tell them that I transfered systems because I wanted to transfer my photos and data (act like a complete noob) and I didn't know that it would mess with nnids will they help me? The other option is my friend making a new nnid. That would work out if I transferred his system onto mine and then had him create a new id, correct?

Things like this wouldn't happen if people would use seedminer instead.

To make matters worse, the Guide's version of DSiWare Transfer is *terribly* outdated and shitty.
This method should be used if you have no other choice. Still doesn't address the NNID issue although it fixes others.

The newer one is based on seedminer and has a higher odds of success (and a better fallback if not a success). It's simpler too.
Also, 5x more eligible games to inject to.

Sorry for continuing this thread but I searched for Greece's Nintendo support regarding account transfer and I found this page. Will this fix my problem? (I would like to mention that my 3ds doesn't have a serial number sticker. Is there a way to find it?)
