ROM Hack Yo-Kai Sangokushi Cheat code.

Hello : )
I'm now searching some cheat codes for Yo-kai Sangokushi.

My code is raw memory dump address code. It's mean I dumped memory and generated codes.
You can use these codes with NTR debugger client.

Spoiler

If you use these codes with NTR client please +0x00100000 to apply these codes.
eg:0x006D1234 => 0x007D1234 //I really dunno why, but it's always deviate address.

Basically there is no any item IDs for one by one. Item ID = memory address.


And I need a help to convert, generate these codes to NTR cheat.plg format. If you have a enough knowledge to do Please help me. If you could release cheat.plg I would like to see source code too.
also I need a item translator.
