Hacking XMENU 2.56 Where can i find it?

Ive seen people on here talking about XMENU 2.56 ??? I dont see it in downloads section where can i get it from?

i am screwed, i didint know you had to format your ncard on the ds and not pc, it wiped my ncard before i could add the upgrade file now i get the message "data is not align 16k!", please help....do i need to buy a new ncard???
