One question about the Max 720p for OC-ed Switch profile. Is this talking about oc with sys-clk, and if so, what is the recommended config for that?

Recommended is GPU & RAM to max for Switch with charger plugged in, CPU not to max.

PS:
Maybe changing this setting
Code:
red_AtRate=97.0
can do something for GPU 460 Mhz. It's still set like in default and it may be too big for 720p undocked.
It sets how fast game will change resolution when load is heavy

(I don't know if it works with this timing, I'm only guessing)
Code:
f.e.
1280x720 -1 sec-> 1242x698 -1 sec-> 1204x676

If you change it to 90.0 it will look something like this
Code:
1280x720 -1 sec-> 1152x648 -1 sec-> 1036x582

So framedrops will be much smaller, but changing resolution can (not necessarily MUST) be more visible.

Does TMAA override "normal" AA?

I made a few comparisons, just TMAA, just AA, and no AA provide very different images, but TMAA and Both AA forms provided no discernible differences.

Here are the comparisons (note that I disabled res scaling for consistencies sake, so these should all be 720p)
TMAA vs AA: 131038
TMAA vs None: 131041
AA vs None: 131042
TMAA vs Both: 131053
(I had to remove the beginning of the links, they're on screenshotcomparison)

I'm no expert but my guess is TMAA is some form of TAA, and "AA" is FXAA?

They changed some things in 0.8.4 Layeredfs and I don't know if New Method is still compatible with >=0.84, for some people even lower versions doesn't work and they got it working with ReiNX, but Next Method should work for every CFW.

So just to be sure you only need to patch one file through layeredFS and it’s done?
Done!
Looks pretty ^^

About Torna (I have the cartridge), using Atmosphere:
I understand you need copy the same file as Xenoblade2:
titles/0100C9F009F7A000/romfs/stream/dumpini/lib_nx.ini
