Please Help me by pointing me in the right direction.... can i jtag it can i softmod, glitch or whatever?

There are no softmods for the 360.

You can flash your DVD drive, however each method depends on which type of drive it is. I don't think you can RGH it, however a more experienced person would know more about that...

You can flash the drive with LT 2.0 or 3.0 (depending on your drive model)
You can RGH it (new jTAG) but you will loose XBLive access.

It costs around 30 ish dollars (if you can make the LPT NAND programmer yourself) for the wires + diodes + CLPD chip.

Note that with flashing the drive, you will need flashing hardware or send it to me or Devin to do it for you.

Technically, all DVD flashes on older 360's are considered softmods as you do not need to modify the hardware anymore.

He can still as the firmware is 13604 as DinohScene stated above. Phat 360's require firmware 14699 or lower.

They technically are but you still need either a compatible SATA chipset or other flashing hardware.

In the case of OP, I think he meant a softmod similar to the Wii and the Xbox 1.

For OP:
You could opt for a Xecuter DemoN.
You will keep XBLive access on a retail state (besure to either disconnect the HDD or swap it with a retail HDD)
This would still allow you to play retail games on XBLive and pirated games on XLink Kai.
