Hacking x360key xk3y suddenly stops working randomly

Do you have a large library on your HDD? I know that NTFS formatted media takes a while to load in a large library.

Not so much on the external HDD just put 5-6 ISO, but i've also tested on a USB key with just 1 game only, I start the console, login with profile, open tray wait a couple of seconds close tray, console write reading disk and show open tray instead load iso menu or show mixed disks.

Got the xkey config on the root of your HDD/USB key?

yes the HDD is configured like this:
Folder: just 1 named games.
under games: 3 iso called gamesname.iso
on the Root of HDD xkey.cfg i take a fresh one and change put just MENUISO=Y and MENUDVD=N
ALTSLIMFW=0 (default) i have a slim 360 and the firmware was dumped with Lizard.

Dump has been converted to a stock dump?
I recall phats or slims requiring their dumps to be converted, it's been a decade orso, memory might be failing me

dump made by jungle flasher need change, ones made by lizard just renamed to dummy.bin.
no .dvd files included just iso, are this needed?

Yeh throw the dvd files in the folder.

I've always done this and so have many others whom I installed Xkeys for.

I use the latest img that I found so I think so, inside the blu patch facing up, I’ve also check sata and power cable
