So i haven't seen this documented yet, and not many people seem to know what is causing this. I installed Hyrule warriors just fine, but donkey kong country tropical freeze is giving me 0xFFFBF43F. Has anybody encountered and overcome this issue?

I was having the same error after i installed my first game to USB, i moved it to internal storage then formatted the drive and managed to install the second one. Has to put the second one into internal so i could install the third game ...
Not a solution but it worked for me

So I tried multiple methods to resolve the error I had. 0xFFFBF446

I was able to install one game onto my external Hard Drive. After that I was not able to install anymore.
I removed sleep on external Hard Drive in WiiU settings
I removed the install folder and readded it
I tried two different games with the same issue.
I switched the hard drive port on the WiiU

I have no idea how to resolve these issues.

There has to be some limitation with installing games to the Wii U external Hard Drive. The temporary solution seems to be moving the game to system and then installing a new game to the HD and repeat. I haven't tried the method. I hope a fix comes soon....

yea i tried using a completely different drive and the same thing happened, something else is wrong.
Different SD too? That also helped me out installing one of the games.
Are you using the brazillian dumps? Or maybe a bad NUS dump or bad ticket?

EDIT: Another thing, going to system settings, click on your usb drive, it will say it needs to clean unnecessary files, say ok wait a bit, restart, and then try installing the game.

The only "fix" i have found is to re-download it from Nus (not gui), it took 3 tries for windwaker on my end.
But was it the same error?

Tried 2 flash drives and 2 sd cards. I think part of the problem is no matter which button i hit, it tries installing to the nand
