I have to pass. I dont want to get banned from Xbox Live. Although, many people with legit systems are being banned as well. It is crazy.

Either that or they have refurb machines that MS sent them, which had already been flashed.

Ohh, Ok. Wouldn't MS know if the drives were flashed before they sent out the refurb systems? Or was there no way to tell until now?

Why would they take the hassle to check the firmware... most Xboxs on the market aren't firmware flashed. You seem to think everyone who buys an Xbox will get their firmware flashed, but in reality this doesn't happen. Anyways, off topic... discuss in:
