Hacking Would this 5.5.2 work around work?

So I've previously soft modded my Wii U and I told someone I could mod there for them. Today when we met I found that they automatically updated to 5.5.2.

Would it be possible to move my haxchi to my USB hdd as an entry point for there Wii U. I have no idea if Wii U lets you move games like this.

No. Usb drives use console-specific encryption.

For now there is no primary entry point in 5.5.2 so your friend is out of luck. Maybe in the future we will get one, but for now anyone without haxchi on 5.5.2 will have no access to homebrew.
