Is there Wordpad or Notepad to edit txt files on the R4??
Or just like it??
Moonshell2 has some decent editors.
I like DSOrganize as well, very basic but just that: very basic, no frills that get in the way.
If you use DSOrganize get 3.1129 or whatever it is, not 3.2.
if you use the DOS emulator dsx86 there is a text editor in 4DOS I think
At least if you use 'volkov commander' in DOS you can edit text files
I personally think Moonshell is the way to go if you need to edit .txt files.
you can use moonshell 2.10
just hold the 'A' when opening a txt file
and you'll have many options and open the option text edit
XenoFile has a feature to open any file via /moonshl2/extlink/_te.TextEdit.nds
Many thanks..Now how do I disable the sound on the txt editer, it's annoying
