ROM Hack Wondering how to change title graphic on soul silver

I know how to change battle graphics and what not. I just don't know how to change the title screen for the game. Is there a different program I need and what file in the rom would I have to look for to be able to change the title screen graphic? If there's a thread about how to do this please tell me. If you don't know don't post. it's annoying to have like 30 posts of "I have no idea but good lucks" or something along the lines of that and maybe one that actually does.

Dump the ROM, find the file that contains that graphic, open it up in CrystalTile
