You rang? Just kidding we have plans on releasing once we finish.

Also for the record, N3DS support is just a matter of getting the right pointers, most of the stuff is the same. I wouldn't advice completely scrapping support for it yet, unless nobody who's developing has an N3DS I guess.
I have new 3DS, but I don't have Cubic Ninja.

Should the .3dsx be in the root of my SD card or in the 3ds folder?
root of the sd card
If you're talking about the bootstrap .3DSX, it needs to go in a subfolder in the 3DS directory eg. root\3DS\bootstraptest\bootstrap.3dsx

It will fail if you attempt to run it from root by naming it boot.3dsx
According to the wiki page, blocked. That being said, there's nothing preventing someone from grabbing the source code upon completion and patching in/out (not sure exactly which) whatever needs to be added/removed for rom loading to work.
If by "ROM loading" you mean running .3DS files, then no. If you mean installing .cia files, then technically yes.

Now I suppose you could install a pirated game as a .cia, but that's not what it's designed for; it's for "development and testing homebrew".

I have:
devnetpro all updated and compiling great
USA N3DSXL running 9.0.0-20U
Cubic Ninja in both "Real" cartridge and working fine on my Sky3DS
A Gateway Red the runs the new Gateway 3.1.0 Ultra fine
ftbrony ready to transfer whatever to the N3DS....

Anything else I need?

Some more tiems ;)

commit 5641530491 on 6.2.0 2DS:

Sometimes it works, sometimes it crashes after pressing button and displaying "exiting..."

It's actually kinda strange because that isn't even a valid kernel version. Probably GW messing with things.

EDIT: Actually it's kernel 9.5 it seems, or at least higher than 9.2
It might have something to do with swapping to an sd card with a higher fw version.
But I started GW mode from an sd card without emunand so I could start in 9.2 so I don't think that should affect anything.

Will this only be usable via NinjaHax/OoT or will there be a launcher created to use via the web exploit (a la rxtools)? If someone would compile it for loading via the web exploit I'd be willing to give it ago. My current rig is a 4.5 sysNAND/Palantine CFW, but I've also got emuNAND set up for 8.1 and 9.5.
At the moment Ninjhax is the only universal exploit available.

I'm sure that like the KARL3DS devs, OSKA will eventually be ported to all viable exploits.

I'll give it a go after work. Got a 3DS with a firmware around 8.2 or something. So this means just put de .3dsx in the root of the SD and use NINJHAX? :)
