Um that graphics looks fantastic. Don't know what you mean by "do you even graphic?". Nintendo barely ported anything to the Wii DS or 3DS so I don't know what you are talking about. Wind Waker has a huge cult following and it's to tie us over until the new Zelda games come out. Which I'm glad, I love Wind Waker and it looks absolutely beautiful.

If graphics that could easily run on a ps3/360/wii 1 (sd res), which are 7-8 yr old consoles, are fantastic in your book then yes they are fantastic...sigh
From the screenshots it even appears they didnt even update the actual level mesh..just dynamic meshes. Oh yeah too much bloom as well...

About your comment not knowing about ports.
GBA launched with snes ports, smb1/2/3/4/mario kart etc
DS, launched with a n64 port
3ds launched with a n64 port
Wii has enough gc ports and the VC is full of ports

Im glad for you you love windwaker, but even a game like Link's Crossbow Training sold more copies then Zelda WW

Also, its not about the graphics being better. it is about thef act that this is a timeless classic most of us play over and over again anyway, but nowe we get to experience it anew with new features like miiverse or, as said, tingle tuenr most likely on the gamepad screen. its just a new way to play this game and it is fun. the new graphics are just a bonus^^

I could not possibly like ^this^ quote enough! I mean I don't think any particular Zelda game is far superior to any other Zelda game or that any Zelda game excels in every aspect, but my god did Wind Waker nail atmosphere better than any other videogame I've played before or since. It wasn't until I played Fallout 3 for the first time that I felt a game came close to immersing me like Wind Waker does.

Couple things:

-You said garbage, was not aware SMB1/2/3 (wait there's a SMB4??!?!?) and mario kart were garbage, also, Mario Kart didn't launch as GBA title. Unless you mean Mario Kart Advance, which wasn't a port, nor a launch title.
-DS launched with Mario yeah, but that's it.
-3DS didn't launch with a port. Pilot Wings wasn't a port but a new Pilot Wings game.
-Wii has like what 6, 7 gamecube games? Some of which aren't even Nintendo's. And no shit the VC is full of ports, that's what it is!
-10 year old =/= 11 year old.
-Duh Link's Crossbow Training sold more, the install base on the Wii was a lot higher than the GameCubes. And everybody passed up Wind Waker because it was cartooney and they were too butthurt because they didn't get to play a tech demo, in which case those people are ridiculously dumb for passing up a fantastic game.

Am I the only one who thinks that link and tetra look like toys/dolls in this screenshot?

While in the original Wind Waker game everyone looked cartoony with no real outlining to speak of, ^here^ it looks like someone added an inner glow to them to give them more definition.

Making Mario look shiny in the Super Mario Galaxy series looked damn fine, but here it just ruins the cartoony aesthetic.

I hope this doesn't end up being something like the Zelda game on Nintendoland, but I don't see any other way they could implement "asymmetric gameplay". I hope I'm wrong, that little game is cool and all, but I really don't want a Zelda game like that.

To me... Zelda is all about exploration and puzzle solving, they should use the Wii U gamepad to improve on those keys aspects... instead of doing a multiplayer game.

It might just be like ZombiU and leaving hints for other players or something. Though I'll be honest, I don't want them to go too far back to the roots of Zelda, because not knowing where to go, I don't like that and I give up on the game. I like being told where to go so I can keep the flow going.

Don't get me wrong, I like the original Zelda, but I don't love it. It sounds to me like they're trying to do a reboot of the franchise or something, which I hope isn't true. It seems like everything is becoming a reboot these days. I just hope they fix some of the problems I had with Skyward Sword. Fix them and I Skyward Sword would be fantastic, maybe my fav Zelda game. Just don't do anything like that black sheep Twilight Princess.

No, the play by yourself part means the communities. Its all in the back tot he roots thing. He means that in the first zelda games, people would share secrets and maps and he wants that back witht eh miiverse. Different interviews over the years suggest that. So no, there is probably no multiplayer involved.

No it's not that I'm lazy, it's just that I just can't play it. It's like LittleBigPlanet or Scribblenauts. When it comes to games, I don't have the most imaginative mind, so those games end up being boring as hell for me. Any DIY type games are pointless for me and I just can't get any fun out of them.

Speaking of NintendoLand, I would have loved it if they made a NintendoLand 2.

Why is my wii-u collecting dust after a week of play and they are re releasing old games ive played long time ago...
