graphics chip, intel wasn't known for their gaming graphics for a very long time

You have intergrated graphic so frame rate might not be that great, also 8GB ram ain't a lot.

Dolphin Emulator:

• Operating System: Windows (7 or higher), macOS (10.10 or higher), or Linux (most distributions)
• Processor: A multi-core processor with a clock speed of 3.0 GHz or higher is recommended.
• RAM: 4 GB or higher
• Graphics Card: A DirectX 11-compatible GPU is recommended for best performance.

PCSX2 Emulator:

• Operating System: Windows, macOS, or Linux
• Processor: A modern processor with SSE2 support. A processor with at least two cores clocked at 3.2 GHz or higher is recommended for good performance.

I think Dolphin will run just fine, since I can run it with a worse graphics card and a worse processor. I can't say anything about the PCSX2.
