He posted multiple pics of him dumping the game. The game was in the top left slot on the Wii U app screen (where Disc games go, and iirc you can't even move that slot), and he showed a pic of a Tik file matching the EU title key of BotW!

No, the game was on NUS for a while and people downloaded and reuploaded it. We can't play it yet, but when we have the tik people will be playing it with Loadline, Cemu and the BR method.
