Homebrew WiiU Unban 102-2814

Hello, I’ve been playing wanting to play Splatoon 1 for a while since my ban and have stumbled upon a couple problems. Today, I spent most of my day trying to figure out how to unban 102-2814 and have been stuck at nothing but roadblocks.

I’ve followed a notable tutorial and yet some issues have occurred which weren’t addressed. Can anyone give me a good tutorial or help me? I have mocha CFW installed on my WiiU.

While I'm not sure about anything, I think you may need Haxchi to even have the possibility of doing that. I may be wrong, though
