Homebrew WiiSX Beta 2 is out ??

WiiSX Beta 2 todo's:

----Core----
- fix dynarec (ff7 mainly)
- fix boot through BIOS
- fix non-booting games (Destruction Derby - etc)
- Compare core
- Profiler (GFX is ok, AUDIO seems dodgy, add in core (mdec/gte/sio))

----Pads----
- multitap into SSSPSX plugin
- lightgun
- mouse

----CD-R----
- Fix loading from DVD
- Add .ccd, .iso support (this will fix non-booting games?)
- Add sub (.sub) channel support
- Based on where isoFile is located (DVD/SD/USB1.1) optimize cache size
- CDR_Play & CDR_Stop
- Swap CD function (should be easy - take it from GTK GUI or PCSXXbox)

----Misc----
- clean up code
- fix horrible .h files
- revive gamecube version

----Audio----
- code up cdda audio playback (tehpola to add/use sample mixing code - using ASND?)
- fix audio gapping with Frame Limit on [currently audio sync's but so does GPU, make it GPU only]

----Menu----
- fix core switching when running homebrew
- new WiiSX graphics for menu (drmr)
- Test every menu option on different core/game
