Hacking WiiSCU 0.24

This is a quick mod of WiiSCU to allow installation of IOS70, as I have been told it is needed for the latest Shop Channel update. Could someone try it please, the main thing which needs tested is the IOS70 installation, nothing else has changed.

BTW, this is BETA, dont come crying if it doesn't work/bricks you etc. But if you have BootMii as boot2 please try it out for me.

This would be a WiiSCU mod now, its no longer a bugfix and its starting to add functionality, if you want to make a WiiSCU mod project sounds good, and you could link it from the main page, but adding IOS70 isn't within the constraints of the original function, updating it so it didnt brick and got v18 are all within constraints, but this... Just saying...

It'd be good work though and I wish I could test...

The menu is all messed up. The selections change on the the item not selected.

v0.22 still had #define VERSION 0.21
and this has menu errors.

Hey all I did was change 2 values so it wouldnt brick. Thats not a mod, its a save tool.
