Newest version of the Wiiscrubber software with lots of facilities for building a multi-iso disk.

A homebrew channel loader, based on Softchip, is included in the kit.

This now allows you to put several Wii titles on one disc and boot them.

Any problems etc. then please post here.

And the probable first question is:
Q31. How do I create a multiboot disc. THESE ARE TRUCHA SIGNED BECAUSE OF THE SHRINK PROCESS.
A31. Simplest technique is to:
1. load an ISO, select the data partition and shrink it. Then save it out as a crypted partition.
2. Repeat stage 1 until you have a selection of partitions.
3. Load an ISO that you want to adapt.
4. Delete all the partitions (right click on partition, delete partition)
5. Repeat for all partitions.
6. Right click on WII DISC and select IMPORT, Crypted. Choose partition to load. Select partition table to use.Wait.
The partition table 0 MUST contain at least one partition but can have a maximum of 3.
7. Repeat for all the partitions you created at stage 2.
8. Burn disc.

Then run the multiboot loader from your SD card to load the disc.

In the time it would take me to video and upload somewhere you could have tried it yourself.

I really do wonder why I bother writing these apps sometimes.

Wiiscrubber 1.31 FINAL FINAL

Real Final Windows release as I'm bored of developing it and the name doesn't
really represent what it actually does any more.

so you lied then?

From the FAQ:
Q32. What about Answer 18?
A32. Well I changed my mind

And enough time had passed for me to get interested again.

Though with comments like that you do have to wonder if it's worth it.

This is great. I was just thinking that something like this would be cool just the other day.
We could use DL discs right? and fit like 3 games on it?

Ok it's cause I don't want to waist a disc if it doesn't work that's why I wanted a video or something showing that it did work.

Dude, this guy spent hours coding software, but you can't waste a 20 cents to test it out (100 spindles of verbatim go for $20, if u know where to look). If noone else does, I'll test this out and upload a vid.

I've tried with about 10 games on one disc - mind you they were all small ones.

With DL discs you will need to be aware of the layer break as you would not want a partition to stradle it.

It will depend on the sizes of the games themselves. On a single layer disc you are limited to 4 Gig or so for the total size of the combined data.

One thing I will say - as the loader is based on the Softchip code - remember to change the IOS if necessary. My wii is hardmoded and it works correctly with IOS36. You'll need to select 249 for a softmodded one I imagine.

You should write a tutorial on how to use this properly because I really don't understand your instructions that much .

It's quicker to save the crypted partitions.

Take a copy of an ISO.

1. Delete all the partitions on it ( as we are going to replace them)
2. Right click on Wii disc and import the crypted partitions one at a time. After selecting the one to load a pop up will appear asking for which table to use. Select 0 for the first partition and any of the others for the rest of the titles.

Thats it really. I tried to make it pretty straightforward..

If the iso you want to use has a title you want to keep the delete the update partition on it first and the shuffle the disc first (as this will move the game to the start of the disc space and give you more room for at the end.

One thing I should also mention - as the loader contains code to allow for modification on the video mode. You can use the cursor buttons on the wiiremote to change game title and force video mode for a specific title. This means, for example, you can have different region games on a disc and then tailor each load.

For anyone who wants to see the menu without burning a disc - try loading SSBB with the loader app.

You'll get a list of all the VC partitions as well as the main game.
