Hacking Wiigator 0.3 Gamma Vs. RiskiiMii V3

I've had a physical mod chip since the first Wiinja release and have soldered 10 or so Wii's since, I'm just know getting familiar with soft mods. I've been running the homebrew channel for a while, so I'm quite familiar with SD apps, .wads, .dols, and such.

I've read the stickys and have done my best to follow along, I just wanted to know what the difference between Wiigator 0.3 Gamma and RiskiiMii V3 (soon to be out) is?

wiigaotrs version either loads from homebrew channel or from a new channel on your desktop - it mildly mods the system files.

RiiskiMii V03 (not out yet) will load from the disc channel, have a preloader built in for security and region options and will modify the system files quite a bit.

Would it be safe to say the the soon to be released RiskiiMii V3 will be the best soft mod we've seen so far?
