you can everything on single FAT32 partition of only 1 drive say 1-2 TB,
if you want to split you can have 2 partitions ex FAT32 first and NTFS second, then use FAT32 for nands and emulators and GC and use NTFS to store your Wii games
hi i would like to try again , i have hacked the wii console with modmii it cames with a guide it says to Copy everything inside the COPY_TO_USB folder to the root of your FAT32 hard-drive\partition. now in the files that are in the usb drive 1 of them is wbfs , i thought that went on to ntfs , as at the moment i have got 2 partitions on a 2tb drive i have marked 1 up as fat32 nands and the other ntfs for wii games ..
i have also got simple iso patcher 1.14 , can you please advise what i should patch thanks

Hello guys. I'm having some doubts. After compiling the sneek, I have to open the showmiiwads and select the nand backup path under options right? But in that location must be my nand backup? I did the backup with bootmii and copied the bootmii folders, key and nand to a folder on the computer. I should direct the path of the nand with showmiiwads to it then? Because I want to install ww / vc games. And when I nand extratc to appear the following folders: shared1, sys, ticket and title. Is that right? I have to move them to which folder?

Hi I followed the guide but im using an sd card not a hard drive. When I ty and launch neek2o it hangs on reloading bootmii IOS.

Also I cant see what the benefit of using neek2o is when I can access my emunand though wiiflow and play my virtual console game from their.

I've used ModMii and run through the Sneek install as outlined in this guide (only change is I chose v96 instead of v95). I plug in my USB Hard Drive, plug in the SD card, start it up, load MMM, and when I attempt to install the neek2o_NK2O_1.wad I receive the error "-2011". I found this post which kind of covers what the error means but I have no idea what to do to fix it in this situation.

Questions
1) Anybody know how to fix this problem?
2) Do I install the WAD from the SD card and then go back to using just my USB HD or will neek require the SD card whenever I want to use it?

Not sure if it matters but here is a SysCheck taken today.

Thank you for this AbdallahTerro! Later, when I was attempting to install some VC games to the real NAND, I continued to get these errors. I switched from Multi-Mod Manager to WiiMod and all WADs installed fine, including the neek2o one I mentioned above. Just wanted to make it clear the problem was related to another program and not ModMii or Sneek itself .

I'm using usbloadergx emunand on a folder, which is in the root of EXT. HDD.
---Is there a difference between the neek emunand to the one made on usbloaderGX?
---People says that different emunands on different usbloaders have different compatibility, andt that wiiflow has the best compatibility. Is this true? if yes, why?
---Is possible to use usbloadergx emunand the way it is on wiiflow? The games not working here will work there, just for booting from other usbloader, or i will make to do Uneek on wiiflow to use the larger compatibility of ww/vc like showed on this topic.

Hi, iv'e got Wiiflow setup perfectly with my nand on USB, I can install .wads through showmiinand and they can be launched via Wiiflow. The whole idea for me doing this was so I can install extra songs/DLC to the emulated nand when playing Just Dance games. Do I need to go into the just dance game launch settings and change something so it saves to emunand and not real nand? Thanks.

Hey, thanks for the tutorial, I was able to get everything up and running.

Quick question, haven't really seen much mentioned on this, and I'm just starting out with Wiiflow.

Is there a way to separate the Virtual Console games from the WiiWare games? Basically all I want is to keep the N64VC games as the N64 source, and the WiiWare games as the WiiWare source. Is this possible? If not, can I install a second nand, one with wiiware and one with n64?

Appreciate the continued help and support. Cheers!

you have few options here:
1. use filter " - " to hid all VC titles in wiiware by pressing B on star and making a new hidden category
2. You can also make a favorite category by pressing Star icon
3. you can use a second nand but you have to select the nand path in wiiflow path settings and in this case hide the wiiware titles.
I'm not 100% sure if this can do the trick for you but maybe you can get it right by trial and error

It's not exactly what I had in mind, but if I edit the categories in the .ini file, I can separate them by WiiWare and system. I think this would work out even better so I can install NES, SNES, and other VC games and be able to separate them, and still keep the roms in the other source folders.

Is there a way to add the games to a given source through PC? ie edit the .ini file to assign each game to a source? Or do I have to edit them one by one in the wiiflow interface? Would likely take a while to set that up, but the end result would be worth it.

Finally getting WiiFlow set up how I want it and I have to say I'm absolutely blown away by it. The Wiinnertag ability is a pretty awesome touch, never even knew that was possible. Thanks again for all of your hard work and contributions to the site!
