you need to install wiiflowloader hidden channel v2 it's included in the official v6 pack and in my J+Masterpiece pack as well
 
I thought that was just a forwarder channel? I don't need a forwarder channel as I load directly to HBC when I turn on my Wii.

Or is it something else?
 
For SCUMMVM games, Wiiflow seems to be passing the game's "description" line from the INI file instead of the "gameid" line, causing SCUMMVM to exit abnormally and hang the Wii. Is this a known issue?
 
hey guys its the first time i used my wii in ages....the last time i used there was no plugins LOL

first of all i think wiiflow is the best loader of all!

just updatetd wiiflow its working fine with all the plugins..... but my problem is dios mios!
i got the 2.5 wad installed... i tryed zelda windwaker, zelda ocarina of time, luigis mansion and these games are running fine from usb....
but everytime i try to play resident evil from the original gamecube disc the whole screen is shaking? anybody has a solution for that... ?

i tryed to install resident evil to usb but it stucks at 57% everytime.... my second thougt was it has two discs anyways and dios mios dont support multidisk!
so i need this game to work from the original disc!! or is there a toll to compress two isos into one???

the oterh question i have is how can i dowload or add covers for my snes and gba roms?

im sorry for my bad english XD

Can't help you with the DIOS MIOS issue, I'm not sure if the game installer for GC is working right now or not I haven't attempted to use it in a while. However as far as cover setup goes you can look in 2 places for help on that.

The wiki here https://sites.google.com/site/wiiflowiki4/advanced-plugins-setup will tell you where to put your covers and how to set up your ini to read from the right folders.

This thread http://gbatemp.net/threads/cover-collections-for-emulators-with-cover-support.324714/ is where you can get all the full cover goodness you need, plus info on setup I believe. Don't forget to +rep my boy mastershoes, he's the man ;)

Go here for your covers, it's mastershoes cover thread. It has everything you will need and plus MS updates it often.

As for your RE4 prob, I just use Devolution. When it ask to change disc all you should have to do is press the reset button.

Why is it that Devolution is capable of swapping discs and DIOS MIOS is not?

Does anyone know of a custom cover that can be used for the Today and Tomorrow Channel? I've been looking around but haven't really been able to find a decent replacement for it. I guess it isn't popular enough that homebrewers have found it

I wouldn't be so sure of that, I don't like the idea of having to utilize my disc drive to play a game I backup. Once I back it up once I shouldn't need to verify the game disc anymore. It's silly I have to keep putting in the disc-- at that point it's not even really usb loading it, my kids still end up ruining the discs which was the entire reason I ended up using a loader.

Though I can see it as a piracy prevention method though most people should know better not to pirate games...

... right?

Anyways enough of my little rant on Devolution. I'm more interested in seeing if anyone could make even a basic mockup for a cover for the Today and Tomorrow Channel. There's tons of source material to build on. I'm a terrible graphic artist, otherwise I would be doing it myself.

What are you talking about? You only have to verify it once.
 
The only time I ever had to reverify was when I took the files off my SD card and move them to a different card cuz I upgraded. Other then that, I ain't had not one problem with it.

When I was reading the Devolution thread it said this under features that it had to be, similar to how the XBOX360 verifies games.
 
Dios Mios and Devo both compliment each other, without both at this current point in time there isn't a single USB GC loader that can emulate GC games 100%.. until DIOS MIOS get's audio streaming and disc swapping on point. Then I will have no need for Devo, it's a pain in the butt sometimes and I don't like AP measures :P neways sorry for the quick rant. Back to WiiFlow..

It's best to make a request over at cover request threads. I'm not sure if Mastershoes has a cover request thread here, but shoot him a PM, he's extremely busy right now taking on a Mod position at gametdb but he might be able to help you out or point you in the right direction.

Edit: BTW is that channel even available in the US?

No Devo is supposed to only request verification once. It has it's quirks every now and then cuz the AP is sensitive so make sure you don't touch any verification files.
