Yes, Jiiwah already updates his team. I think he also sent a message to Benjay. Themers can get the information from either Jiiwah, or join us in the IRC channel at Abjects.

I love Benjay's Themes !

That has already been implemented, and will be in the next release, as well as MANY new features and bug fixes. Stay Tuned.

I am happy with the bug fixes.

I really hope there is a bug-fixed stable version before the "MANY new features" version. It is because the "MANY new features" very likely lead to new bugs.
Relax...it's not that many new features, actually.

We only implemented categories, and added buttons for all "hidden" options. So the settings menu grew a bit. Also, the known bugs have been fixed.

Btw, we have removed the Fat_Mount in main.cpp again. It does not help with unstable harddrives. Actually, it was never in r25, and I added it myself for a test. It didn't work, and it doesn't work for all of our testers. Actually, it makes things a lot worse. We will try some other things though, before releasing a new revision.
What exactly does the fat_mount function do? What do you mean by unstable harddrives? If they are unstable, they should upgrade to a stable one.

The fat_mount hes reffering too was code he added to try to help people who's hard drives were unstable/not being able to be detected, i tested for them on IRC several new dols to try to fix the issue but it made things worse, so its reverted back to what works

Yup. Me too. Though my personal favorite is the StartNight theme!

Well , i'm sorry to inform you that you won't get update for my themes (at least from me) for the moment.
I'm fed up of being obliged to spend my time for useless features i don't use myself....
I'm still on R25 , and everything works great for me , so i don't see the point to update.
And i'm involved in some other projects at the moment (Android's got me ^^).

Btw , maybe i'll change my mind , but don't expect it soon

But , if someone wants to update them , feel free to do it

Please, please, please release a stable bug free version, as far as is possible anyway.

Additional features are nice, but we need a functional bug free version, that supports FAT/NTFS to move on from. I'm happy to be using the new releases, but when I'm recommending loaders for friends and family they always want Wiiflow, but end up switching to Configurable or GX for one reason or other.

r43 or r44 may be suitable for me to finally get them using WiiFlow, which is what they want.

It may be an idea to add additional pages within settings which are not used yet, to allow the themers the possibility to update their theme and expect it to last for longer. Maybe a page with the selection buttons, for future features, if required.

i'm very sorry to hear you say that, because i really love your themes, and the new features are absolutely not useless, i really hope you'll change your mind...

Despite the people who are a little upset about new features, I think r-win is doing a really good job. This project was going to die since Hibern and Narolez left, so we must be happy that someone else spent his time for this loader. I know that WiiFlow used to be near a perfect loader, but some of us wanted some features and r-win listened to us. Be patient. I'm sure he will fix all the issues and they are not necessarily easy to fix. It can be hard to satisfy all of us, but at least he is working on it.

Keep up the good work, r-win.

Yeah sorry , i should have said "useless features IMO"

I know they are not useless for everyone.

Btw , yes , R-win does a very good work , and he is very patient with you ^^

Take the trailer feature for example. It is pretty useless, but this makes WiiFlow even more unique for a reason. When my friend saw that he was like "HOLY COW, AWESOME SAUCE". His reaction was the same as the first time he saw this loader. I will not use this feature often, but it is a good bonus.

As for the theme updates. for the most part its just adding some buttons, not that difficult. To help in updating them we are providing a list of the new buttons and their tags once it is released.

As for how stable this is i can only speak for fat32 atm. We have a small bug which is NTFS filesystem specific that will probably be in the next release which is that *.ISO results in a "cannot read game disc" error atm. But *.wbfs files work in all file systems.

IOS reloading has been fixed, added categories, and fixed most of the other problems like how when you start wiiflow for the first time you used to get the error "wbfs_open() failed ret -1" which has been fixed. It should detect your correct filesystem now, but we cant be sure until MORE PPL TEST THE BETA!

its posted on IRC in the topic, sorry please don't post the link here as I want ppl to be on there to help us with information if a bug is found.

also, in the current beta, until later tonight there is a small bug that wont allow you to install or delete games on fat32 (idk about other file systems once again)... That should be fixed tonight.

For all of you complaining about new features, non of them are causing any problems with current features, and they can simply not be used if you dont like them. They have been tastefully added in order to keep the clean powerful look that wiiflow has.

Me and r-win have been working VERY long days to try and get this as flawless as possible, so it is very annoying to hear ppl complaining about it. What features will/will not be introduced are ALWAYS discussed on irc with our loyal users and testers, so if you want to have any say in it I suggest coming there.

Thx.

The new feature "to run Prince of Persia" may be useful for you.

Obviously it cant be useless if EVERY LOADER is fixing this. The whole point of a usbloader is to just run EVERY game you try to trun, and they are adding new antipiracy like this.
We are not here to code an app the way one person sees it, we are here to code for a COMMUNITY.
Sorry, statements like that annoy me. Hell a few days ago i was awake 46+ hours coding wiiflow and fixing bugs. Trying to bring the most reliable release ever out for you guys.. Please show some appreciation.

There is any site or repository where to find fanarts or trailers for wiiflow? And trailers are in divx formats or what?

Thank you. r-win, feel free to implements every think you like, i love your update to this shine software

ok, noob question, but how do i update my "old" wiiflow?

just download latest .dol file, and replace it in my apps folder?
Yes, for now, that's the procedure. We're thinking about an update in Wiiflow itself, but for now it's pure, hard labour!
