You could do that, yes. But the official WiiMC-Installer uses IOS57. It doesn't make a difference though in my opinion, but I would use IOS57.

sorry, in almost cases 57 should be better, i'm on 4.2 with a unstubbed ios60 that's why i installed on this one, regarding nothing else uses that one on my wii.

They know about this bug already.I reported it last night to them and it was talked about in irc earlier today.
If you use R43 249 you can still change ios without any issues.

Thanks for reporting this info. I switched to r43-249 and now I can run Monster Hunter Tri without issues. However, you still cannot run games using IOS224 if you use r43-249. To me this is not as important because there aren't any games I know of that require a IOS57 base, but it would still be nice to have support for IOS224 because the load times are faster when using a cios with an ios57 base.

Depends what you understand under "Fanart". IMO, concepts, Screenshots and Wallpaper are good motives, and Google will show them easely.

For anything other (handdrawn, for example) you can also try Google, or Deviantart. Then resize them in Photoshop/Gimp/Whatever, rename and you have one,

I'm sorry, but this reply give me the impression that you think the IOS installer will install the cIOS into the 57 or 60 slot. Which is, of course, not true. It doesn't matter if the IOS you have installed is stubbed or not. When using a *base* IOS, you only use parts of the *base* IOS, but install all those parts into slot 202 (in this case). The installer will download an unstubbed version, regardless of what you have installed.

Edit: I agree on 57 being better, but that's just because it has better USB support (read: faster).

Violet , Green , Carbonik and Starnight themes are supposed to be up to date.
So no overlaping if you use one of them.
on the next commit, NO themes will be up to date, unless they are working on them during this phase, theres is already 12 more buttons, and 4+ more coming.

Hermes v5 is supported by wiiflow correct?

Since merging two ios files isn't available for v5 like it was with v4 what are the
suggested/recommended base ios files to install to 202,222,223,224

Right now i have v4 installed as follows

202(38+60)
222(37+38)
223(38)

Hermes v5 is fully supported,

I see r39 should have added Brawl+ support. I turned on Ocarina for this game but it still loads as vBrawl. Did this get disabled somewhere along the line or do I need to do something else? Thanks.

Edit: May have spoke too soon. No codes/cheats folder in my wiiflow folder.

Yes, it's possible. Only for 222 you are forced to use 38. For the rest, you can choose.

Yes, it's possible. Only for 222 you are forced to use 38. For the rest, you can choose.

very nice r-win im glad you found the cover bug. i updated all my covers and no green ones! i did go a little crazy after i deleted all the covers, then made sure they were all gone, and they still appeared! then i found out about the .wfc files.

anyway works great, i like the different coverflow modes, really nice. is it possible to use a custom titles list similar to how cfg does so? i have a lot of wiiware forwarders and gh customs that have ugly names and i would like to pretty them up. if its there let me know, otherwise is it possible to add this feature in the future? it shouldn't be very difficult id imagine...but im also not experienced with coding for the wii.
