They arent bad dump guys.. there are people saying the games DO work on Usa Consoles so it does work.. It just doesnt work on Trucha for now at least
Ok, just tried and Trucha doesn't open both us and jap Trauma NB. Maybe there is something different with those games.

I've patched One piece UA USA in 480p Pal it give me Black Screen and in 480i Pal it work but with DRE every minute (eject/insert allow to continue... but it's a little boring...)

Great job. I'm sure this wonderful soft will be better and better.

Im not clued up with this 480p 480i I have bought a projector and it takes component connection so what is the best patch? p or i also if i use component cables for my other games will they look good or do they have to be patched?

With component cable it should be p.

Works well here with PAL 50 576i and PAL 60 640i. I used w-vmc 1.0. Maybe try with the previous version.

for some reason the game is alot more fun with the japanese voices

For info I've released a PPF patch to put the JAP voices in the PAL game. Please see the dedicated release thread.

This is what Video modes in result main.dol look like
1. PAL60 (interlaced) (a.k.a. PAL 480i)

Ah cool, I have the PAL release and was a bit miffed that it dosen't run in 480p. I might try patching the PAL version to 480p.

I patched the US NMH to PAL 480P and ran it through regionfrii and it works like a charm on my D2C Wii running through the official component cable. I used a Ritek G05 disc burnt at 2x.


Edit: I used V1 of the video mode changer.

I used the following 2 6 and it worked great PAL 480P here. try that worked for me now the only problem is cant stop playing it lol....

Im not at home, but i have thought about this. I tried Super Swing Golf 2 last night, by using video mode changer 2.0 with no success... but maybe try this:

0x4CAED3 CHANGE 00 TO 14
0X4CAF0F CHANGE 02 TO 16
0X4CAF4B CHANGE 04 TO 00

Im not in to try it.... but i think it might be able to boot in 480p now.

Anyone try if you have time!

Yeah mate, you can! I changed my No More Heroes to work on all three.

Also, be careful ive worked out, to replace corresponding NTSC video modes with PAL.

SO example to change

NTSC 480i ---> PAL 480i
NTSC 480p ---> PAL 480p

Etc...

Bee working for me so far!

Ive done Bomberman, Furu Furu, One Piece, Naruto, No More Heroes and all work on 480p and other modes.

I only ever play on 480p but its handy, cos when you got to a mates house, you can play it on their tv if they dont have 480p.

damn i wish i knew thats. good news though! I had to burn a copy of the 50/60 for a friend and a 480p one for me. But he is getting a hdtv next week wish i had known before hand ;-)
