I see nobody helped you yet, but you need to provide more information.
You don't have the correct file extension, so which extension to you have? Maybe you decrypted the game ? You need to keep the files encrypted.
if you use JNUStool, be sure to add "-dlEncrypted" argument.
Directly, there's no file extension, and i download them encrypted, there's no decryption to meta/content and so.
I'll try tomorrow with another tool, i'm using the Uwizard NUSGrabber, and maybe that's the problem.
I pick directly the title id from Wiiubrew list, so they are ok, and there are not the updates, i can assure you that.

For the one or two people who might care, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate USA is a subtract 2 from the 0xF byte game, rather than plus 2 like a lot of others seem to be.

Well.... I AM NOT SUGGESTING ANYONE TRY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT LAUNCH

But I've installed several out of region (EUR) titles on my Wii U to NAND and they only say I can't play them due to being a different region than the console when I try to launch them. Soo, are their confirmed bricks or rumored ones?

And no, I did not try launching them yet through a payload/brew instead of the home menu.

I wonder if we could use something like Ourloader to launch out of region games that we have on our usb drives.

You can launch titles by ID, that's why I said I haven't tried yet. I want more references/info before i proceed. If I don't hear nothing for a while though, I guess I'll plunge.

Right or wrong?
I remember reading that the y cable is not necessary on wiiU mode for most USB drive , same as the old wii. The y cable is mandatory in vwii because the power is volontary down in this mode for piss people who have modded the vwii.
If anyone would test?

Using a Y-Cable is recommended for all drives that have self-power through USB in both modes.

My hard drive worked at first, but a few seconds into install would say the drive disconnected meaning it didn't have enough power. Instead of buying a Y cable I just plug my hard drive into a powered hub and then into the Wii U and that solved my issue.

This is essentially the same as using a Y-Cable. Powered USB hubs can handle the power draw on their own.

The reason it will work without a Y-Cable and sometimes stop working while installing or reading etc is because the power draw goes too high for the USB port and the hub will either shut the device off/disconnect, or the device will turn itself off due to power loss. That does not mean they will not spin up and work, it means the power consumptions rises beyond what the Wii U can handle while doing lots of IO operations.

Yeah I know. I just do that instead because I happened to have a powered USB hub for other things I use and I couldn't be bothered to buy a Y cable yet.

Thanks for your answer. Ok for recommended in both mode , but if anyone can confirm that his USB work in wiiU mode with one usb pluged but doesn't work in vwii that proove the power is volontary down

Who's USB?

Nevermind, I understand now. Even if it does get lowered in vWii (it would be the mAh not the voltage), it doesn't matter. The answer is the same regardless.

If you want to use a single USB port get a Pen Drive, I have not had power issues with any of them yet. My 64GB works just fine.

so... i tried searching the thread but did not find the answer, i read somewhere about it but I dont remember where. What was the status of DLC? Does downloading the update from nus download the DLC as well or just the update? Does DLC have a ticket? Can it be installed the same way?

WOW = i'm impressed with the possibility to run EUR games with Ourloader
Just excited =)
Huh? I wouldn't use that junk. I'm saying it's possible to launch titles themselves using code.

Anyway, I guess I'll just look into it.

Oh! i'm sorry. I've got it wrong.
No need to be sorry brother. I just replied to the OurLoader comment because it would be similar. OurLoader works by launching the disc path directly if I remember correctly, so it would be another region loader, but I do not support OurLoader's author.
