getting the same thing with sonic lost world usa

NUSGrabber 0.4 by crediar works just fine but the download speed is horrible.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Updates don't work with games. For now there is no way to run Splatoon USA with this exploit.
a link to 0.4 would be awesome

On WupInstaller ; When i try to install the MP10 USA Version (Which was complete and the .tik was valid) its stops at 50% at then goes back to the Wii U Menu without installing completely the game :L

It also throws an "Install error code 0xFFFCFFFE4
Help?

Tried to install some stuff with wup installer from this thread. And encountered strange thing. Stuff installed in wii u memory instead of usb drive. But i definitely press X. Not A. Does anyone encountered similar problem?
I did, I clicked "A" to install to system, it installed to USB... :P

Had to delete the game from the USB and install it again to system.

Lol the OP is suspended?
Wow. Oh well, people gotta be careful what they post when copyrights are in play.
With this method posted there is no way its used as "backup loading"
100% piracy. Tread lightly in this area when posting.
Anyway, enough said happy pirating.

Says the guy who is going to Grace Us

For some of you less technical people, here's how to save some bandwidth.

When you guys grabbing WUDs instead of tickets, you only need the first 500MB or so. If it is in parts, grab part1 and use 7Zip to extract the first x MB of the WUD.

Run DiscU on the part.WUD for the system folder. DiscU is likely to crash, but that's ok. Just click cancel and move on as usual.

I have a possibly stupid question. What part of this could potentially cause a brick. From what I can tell as long as you install to USB and not NAND, there really is no risk to brick.
It can brick if :
-The title you are installing is from other regions (NAND only)
-The title is a system title
And that's all i know :o

Certainly nothing really can happen if a title is installed on NAND if the .tik is correct and the game file is complete (NUSGrabber may download a game uncompletely, especial if we are talking about games like 17gb to 20gb)

Last edited by SonicCloud,
Would using an existing ext HDD that is Wii U formatted with eShop purchases on it cause a problem when installing games by this homebrew method? I was thinking how it would be nice if I didn't need to use my games discs, but had them installed without having to make eShop purchase of those games. I'd likely wait some more before even attempting this, to let this method mature a little more.
