Hardware Wii U pro controller won't reconnect after uninstalling it on windows 8

I was using WiinuSoft to use it for games
the light was blinking but the led didn't show which one was player 1. i uninstalled it on device manager.
i tried reinstalling it but it won't show.
i went to device manager again and the wii u pro controller appears.
what i wanted to do is uninstall it and reconnect it to see if the whole player one led shows up.
i've been looking everywhere and nothing shows on how to fix it.
i don't want to reset my laptop.
i need help
