Because once I got error 160-0103 after closing smash and opening system settings, and I thought my Wii U was done for, I installed ISFShax just in case, and done 3 backups.
I don't see anything indicating that in the logs. I only see DATA CORRUPTION on the mincraft save on the USB, but that should produce a different error code.
Which eMMC do you have?
Did you see any retrys during the backup?
