Actually, in other words, it was a function in gx2.rpl that just describes how to call the DMA command, which in turn is PROTECTED (or SHOULD BE) by IOSU, but it's not.
Thanks guys, for making a shitstorm out of this, always nice :P

That's just a theory, none of us have confirmed that yet. As far as I know, the GPU DMA transfers may perform address checking.
I didn't see the picture, but if it was just a screenshot from gx2.rpl, it's hardly a problem to post that. Anyone can download and decrypt the OSv11 binaries and considering that the 3DS has a similar flaw (gspwn), it's not that much of a stretch to consider that the Wii U has it too.
It's public knowledge that the Wii U's GPU is based on the Radeon R600 series, so you can easily cross reference the GX2 code with the R600 specifications (https://github.com/laanwj/mesa/blob/master/src/gallium/drivers/r600/r600d.h).

And how would I do that without internet?
A network simply allows two computers to communicate. A network connection DOES NOT require an internet connection.
The internet is a large global network that is used to connect to computers that are a far distance away from each other.

So l can use a router without a connection? That's good because I have one.

Most Mac product have this feature. I don't know about windows. You can also make a network with an ethernet cable running from your PC to an adapter on the wii u.
I have Windows 8.1. So I would just create the connection to router (cable line to router) then set up my PC and use WAMP?

That would be possible. Is is a small possibility that your router will not work without an ethernet connection to the internet.
