It's been discussed in this thread a couple times. There will most likely never be a homebrew channel on the wiiu. It requires more than an IOSU kernel exploit. There will be a homebrew launcher of sorts, but it will be accessed via the web browser, rather than a custom channel. And then the next level is a wiiu emunand...
