What is this UCap that you speak of?
Is it a way to record Wii U gameplay?

And if so, is it some sort of homebrew that will be available with the kernel exploit?

You only have to go back ONE page! D:

UCap is pretty much a game recorder for Wii U (or did I say that right...). Either way you won't need a capture card to record gameplay.

Most likely it'll be released afterwards, but we'll only know for sure if the one who makes this software (looks like it's @NWPlayer123 ) gives out some information! :P

*TWO :P

EDIT:
It still only mentions that it is a way to record without a capture device.
Doesn't mention if it's a Homebrew app or something related to the kernel exploit.

It's a homebrew app dependent on the kernel exploit. Except due to the bad network stack, I can't send that much data over a socket in one send() call, so it's unbearably slow. Not to mention the app eventually just crashes, closing the socket.

Is the network stack of the Wii U really that bad?

Another question: do you know how the YouTube exploit on the 3DS works? The only thing I know is that it needs a "custom" DNS server, rerouting some things and therefore spraying some exploitable payload into the app.
At the moment my PC doesn't work and digging into such things on my phone isn't that much fun :)

Well can't we wait for IOSU exploit and transfer it to USB/SD when it's in the Wii U so a network won't be the problem?

I am trying to start MK8, but it is saying to update System. I am on the suggested 5.3.2U and don't want to lose out on Kexploit... What should I do?
do not update, because there a 5.5.0 firmware, block the update with opendns!!

and why my mk8 start normally?

ah,yes i'm in 5.4.0.update but DELETE YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION!!!!!!!!THEN START THE DISC!!!!

smea said it was Gateway's WebKit exploit, which we investigated a while ago, and it turned out to be our patched 5.0.0 bug.

If SD or USB support ends up working. USB is still a mostly undiscovered territory, and only certain apps get SD access.
